Omak Visitor Center

Volunteers Needed

The Omak Visitor Center is always looking for volunteers. If you enjoy meeting new people and telling them about our great county, or just answering questions they might ask, then we can use your help. Its only 4 hrs a week. Lots of History here.

Welcome to Omak and the Best Information Center in the West

We are nestled in the heart of the Beautiful Okanogan Valley just 50 miles from Everywhere, and home of the world famous Omak Stampede and Suicide race.

You will enjoy our 300+ days of sunshine, and very distinct Seasons when you visit here!

We are open May 21st thru Sept 15th ~ 7 days a week.
  • Monday thru Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
  • Saturday: 10am to 4pm
  • Sunday: 11am to 3pm
Sept 15th to May 1st ~ 5 days a week
  • Monday thru Friday
  • 9:00am to 4:00pm

Our Visitor Center has maps, brochures, gifts and souvenirs related to the area, as well as a local Native American display.
